POWER50 HiiTBoX & STRENGTH
50 minutes HiiTBoX & Strength training session.
Expect functional, endurance and conditioning, as well as boxing, all combined into one varied session .
These sessions are non contact, utilising boxing movements to gain strength, cardio and agility.
Our programming caters for all needs and varies each day and for any fitness level.

1 ON 1 PACKAGES
Conditioning & Functional Box-Fit 1 on 1 sessions
or
Beginner to Advanced 1 on 1 boxing lessons.
We focus on building functional skills and fitness, as part of a tailored programme based on your needs and outcomes.
For boxing lessons (open to youth and adult) we include, technical skills, mitt work., cardio and functional. Sparring optional.
Both Packages include 10 sessions.
